2911 is Creating Hope Africa’s flagship community transformation programme, designed to translate the organisation’s integrated eco-system approach into practical, place-based impact at the community level. The programme operates as a delivery and activation platform that brings together health, skills development, food security, psychosocial support, and livelihood pathways into coherent, safeguarded community interventions.

Rooted in dignity, relational care, and long-term resilience, 2911 works through local partnerships with communities, NGOs, educators, healthcare practitioners, faith and community leaders, and implementation partners. The programme focuses on strengthening people and local systems simultaneously, recognising that sustainable development requires both individual capability and supportive community infrastructure.

2911 prioritises vulnerable children, youth, and families, embedding safeguarding, child protection, and psychosocial care across all programme activities. Interventions are designed to move beyond short-term relief toward pathways of stability, independence, and socio-economic participation.

As part of Creating Hope Africa’s broader platform role, 2911 serves as a demonstration and learning programme, informing the design, replication, and scaling of integrated community ecosystem models across regions. It provides practical evidence of how health, skills, food security, and livelihoods can be woven together into sustainable, place-based development pathways.
